Great Strings
I've tried many different strings looking for a tone that I like. I tried these Rotosounds as I have heard good things about their strings. These sound great on my P Bass. Clear and crisp with awesome sustain and punch. I play finger style in a blues/rock band and it suits us perfectly. I have found my new favourite string.

Great Tone
I have been a Rotosound user for about 15 years. Always played steel Swing 66. Now that I play a lot more at church I needed to slightly mellow out the bright punchiness that I got from the steel strings. These work great. They are not as tight feeling as the steel, but by no means floppy. Great tone.

Semi pro/pro
I bought these to put on a Squier 70's mod. jazz. I had Swing bass roto steels on, but felt the tone was a little hotter than what I wanted. I put these on about a week ago and even though they are bright, they're more the tone I was hearing. These have very nice light blue silk on both ends. I tuned them up and played them at church, very even tone and they feel wonderful. Can't rate longevity, but i'm sure they'll last as this is mainly used at church twice a week. I think I've found my strings for this bass, and will purchase again. Jason's prices and fast shipping and customer service can't be beat.

Finally found "the" set for roundwounds. Solid, sustain, harmonics. Got it all.

Bass player
No matter what Roto's you buy, they are all great. I have been playing for over 30 years and have tried them all. I only use Roto's.
