We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. | Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase dependent on the
nature of the product. The condition of the product must be in
brand new, re-sell-able condition with no markings on
the product itself and its original package must be unopened.
If products are returned without set policy, the product
will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers expense. All
special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The cost of shipping will only be refunded at the discretion of
Bass Strings Online. Bass Strings Online is not responsible
for any duty fees or taxes on international shipping returns
when product is sent back to the buyer due to failure of following
the Bass Strings Online policies. Damaged products must be
inspected and reported immediately with proof; digital pictures
sent via e-mail for example. Bass Strings Online will not
accept returns of product that has been installed. In
the event of product defects, please contact us.
Bass Strings Online must receive proof and notifications of damaged
products in a timely manner (within 3 Business
Days) to proceed with proper action. All refunds are posted as
soon as the product arrives back to Bass Strings Online.
Refund transactions are refunded to the original payment
method. Depending on the original payment method, refunds may
take up to 10 business days to post. All returns must be
authorized by Bass Strings Online and a "Return Authorization"
(RA) Number must be issued by Bass Strings Online and marked on
the outside of the package (not on the product) to be accepted.
Any product that is returned without a "RA" number will not be
accepted and will be returned to the buyer. |

| Most orders submitted before 12-PM Pacific
Standard Time are shipped on the same day. Not all products
are always in stock so it is advisable to contact Bass Strings
Online if delivery is expected to be expedited. Bass Strings
Online will always try to ship items as soon as possible.
All packages that are shipped to the buyer should be inspected
before signing any delivery paperwork. All packages are
shipped via U.S.P.S. or U.P.S. depending on the buyers order
specification. Orders will only be shipped to the Billing
Address on the Credit Card or PayPal transactions. If the
buyer requires orders to be shipped to an alternate address;
prior engagements must be set before the buyer places the order
and certain procedures will be taken. Buyers must add
any additional shipping address information to the buyers
PayPal account before orders are placed. The PayPal address
listed on the transaction must be a confirmed and verified
address. No Exceptions. Orders that are submitted with
multiple items will be filled when all the items are in stock
and the remaining items that are not in-stock will be placed
in a backorder status. Shipping rates are subject to change
without notice. |

Special order items
may take some time to receive, buyers will be notified on
estimated times of delivery for all special order items. Estimated
delivery times are subject to change. If a special order item
is canceled for any reason, the buyer will assume a 25%
restocking fee. Once a buyer receives special order items, the
sale will be final and will not be allowed to be returned.
Most items offered on the website are in-stock or readily
available, but we advise all buyers to contact us to check availability on items to avoid any discrepancies with orders. Any item that is not in stock has a general
turn around time of being received by Bass Strings Online direct from the manufacturer within 7-10 business days. |
