I had the pleasure of visiting the D'Addario factory in Farmingdale, New York and got a first hand look at the manufacturing of all their strings, American Stage instrument cables, and much more! I was blown away by the efficiency on the factory floor by both the machinery they custom build and the staff that runs it......

Someone must have said Thru-Body Thump because the fine folks over at La Bella Strings heard it, engineered it to their standards and did it! Thats right, La Bella now offers Deep Talkin' Flat Wound Bass Strings designed specifically for Thru-Body instruments!
In the past, La Bella Deep Talkin' Flatwounds were not able to be used on thru-body instruments since they are wound so tightly the strings simply.............

Bass Bass Bass in your face EVERYWHERE at Bass Player Live in Los angeles. Today I had the pleasure of seeing, playing, and meeting some of the greats involved in everything bass.
BPL took place at SIR Rehearsal Studios on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood and literally around every corner you ran into something bass! I got a chance to speak with representatives from all of the manufacturers attending and even got to meet and chat with Joey Lauricella from Fodera and Michael Tobias.....
